Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a one-on-one conversation with a psychotherapist. We do not approach therapy from a “one size fits all” framework, but instead, tailor it to each client’s individual needs - working through the client’s emotions, conflicts and past trauma, while building skills to aid in managing overall mood.
